Scrolled through the entire list. Saw Utah included, but no BYU anywhere. I was a bit surprised. Then at the very end of the article there is some interesting commentary about BYU and Boise St. Apparently neither was eligible for this list because you have to be in a P5 conference (unless you're Notre Dame) to be considered.
