I've done option 2. We had a great time BUT:
1. Jamaica was incredibly beautiful but just a little bit scary. It kind of felt a bit Tijuana-esque.
2. Haiti was a letdown. A pretty letdown. It was just a royal Caribbean cash dump.
3. Grand Cayman was the most fun. Small but lots of really fun things to do. I recommend SNUBA diving and visiting the sea turtle farm.
