a buddy and it has grown to the point where they get stuff mailed to them from all over the world to try out and review. He was sent these and was just going to laugh it off and give them to his kid. But he tried them out and said he was blown away. He uses a pair of noise-cancelling Bose phones when he flies, but uses these for nearly everything else.

I've really liked them, but I haven't tried as many other options to compare them. But the clarity of sound and level of bass is impressive...maybe it just seems that way because they look like $12 headphones from '88.
