spot in a line to guarantee me a seat that works for me because I thought ahead and checked in the day before than sit on the plane waiting till 15 minutes after the door should have closed and the third "last and final" boarding call has been given to encourage those who don't enjoy sitting in their seat any longer than they have to, to finish their drink and get their yewt on the plane.
I've had a MUCH worse track record with other airlines losing my bags than Southwest, and the few times Southwest HAS lost my bag, their customer service has been superb, a $75 reward voucher has been offered without even asking, and the bags show up on my doorstep the next day, or, in the one instance it was outgoing, they gave me 50 bucks in CASH to buy toiletries and a change of clothes for the night, AND the bags showed up at my hotel door the next morning.
Seriously, what am I NOT supposed to like???
