72 out of 128 doesn't blow me away.
72 means they got lit up plenty of times. Over 13 games, it balances out for the truly great ones. USC had the number 66 defense with a similar schedule as Utah's, and a severe lack of depth, and many of us SC fans are ready to run Justin Wilcox out of town.
