1. What are the chances that any of the three teams atop the Eastern Conference - Toronto, Atlanta, Washington - finishes ahead of Chicago and Cleveland at the end of the regular season? It's zero if both the Bulls and Cavs stay healthy, right?
2. Has there ever been a season in any sport where the top SEVEN teams in one conference are all more likely to win a title than any team from the other conference? I know Vegas Insider doesn't see it that way right now - they have 7 of the top 9 and 8 of the top 12 from the West, but I would favor any of the top 7 teams in the West (any maybe the Thunder, too, depending on their health) ahead of any team from the East, even the Bulls and Cavs.
