I liken it to my brother who when he was 13 got so mad at me that he swung a
punch at me and missed and hit the wall. Well one broken hand on a stud later he has managed to not ever swing another punch at me ever again.
I get it sports are emotional, but the sign of a well developed player is that they can take their emotions and positively fuel them into play rather than doing bone headed things.
