BYU problems at the end of the game start at one position.
Point Guard. BYU does not have a true point guard who can handle the ball and run the offense. At the end of a tight game, there has to be someone who is calm and collected and can get the ball where it has to be when it has to be there. BYU does not have it. No one on our team is supposed to be that. We don't have a true point guard on the roster other than Halford. We will continue to have end-of-game melt downs as long as we don't have a qb (point guard) on the offense.

This may also be why BYU does not have a half-court offense. The lack of offense from the bigs also contributes but I think the point guard is much more important.
