Different sites get different information

It's weekly, so you can't use that link every week, but every Monday they have their Disneyland update. For example, this site shows Luigi's tires refurbishment was taken off the calendar (although it could be they're waiting until Wednesday, when they announce the plans for the 60th anniversary)
