I've gotta think he's as good as anyone. He has championships at the college* and professional levels. In both cases, he took teams that were in poor shape and transformed them into elite status. Very impressive. If he wins on Sunday, I think his career will be every bit as impressive as Belichick's, especially considering that Carroll had success in college also and will have beaten Belichick on the biggest stage (not to mention the fact that he had a hand in building the teams that Belichick won Super Bowls with).
