We daydream all day about what COULD be. But it's silly to ignore what SHOULD be.
I don't agree with being completely negative about things. But it's also dangerous and kind of babyish to deny problems. They don't need to be an absolute focus so much that there's no optimism. They need to be addressed in order to give yourself a chance to improve. It leads to being satisfied. It leads to a mindset that lacks innovation. It leads to a lack of urgency.
Absolutely nothing wrong with having an opinion of what SHOULD be. It doesn't mean everyone thinks we're going to win the NC. It means a simple "hey, we're better than this. Don't settle." Settling is for losers. Complacency gets you nowhere in sports.
Like most things on CB. The "truth" is somewhere in the middle. Focusing purely on negativity is pathetic, and living in denial is weak.
