I think we did a snorkeling dive at GT that our kids really enjoyed. Remember to bring some cash with you for tipping otherwise you feel like a [redacted] for not tipping. The excursions on Caribbean tours are not horribly diverse. I would check the reviews on Carnival's site and they usually provide a good breakdown of what you get (both good and bad).
