It is interesting, but the estimates for the expansion are

More than 50 million, which was the cost to build the entire stadium in 97.

I think it will happen, but they are focused on less sexy projects at the moment, such as boosted LTE coverage, LED TVs and Panels, widened concourses, and restroom upgrades.
