Spider bite help

I found this picture online, and it best resembles the bite I have on my leg. I first noticed it a couple days ago, and it's pretty hot to the touch. Any idea what kind of spider this is? And is it something I absolutely need to see a doctor for? I hate spending 50 bucks at a doctor's office for them to tell me it will go away in a few days.

You're much more likely to get c-diff after clindamycin than Bactrim.
