With his skill set he really has no business taking the rock into traffic--not the way he goes about it, anyways. He could improve greatly just by watching Tyler's footwork, ball security, & his use of leverage. I don't think Tyler handles the ball any better than Fisch, & yet he's a beast in traffic away from the basket.
Fischer does seem to be finding some joy in his reduced role right now, though--which is very encouraging. He hadn't looked all that happy over the last couple months. Not Carlino-disappointed, mind you--but not his typical, cheerful self. He definitely was out there for his team on Saturday.
Oh, & congratulations on the belated but sudden & decisive Kaufusi vindication. I've been pulling for you all along.
