had to watch BYUtv delay but it had been a while since i had watched a full game...a few take-a-ways:

- kaufusi is gonna be good. he made leaps and bounds this year and finally looks like a basketball player out there. it's hard enough to come off your mission to play, and especially hard if you are a football player. him at 5 and mika at 4 make me drool all over myself.

- halford was money. he has embraced and perfected the 6th man role. sometimes he can be a little trigger happy but when you are shooting like that you keep throwing it up. kudos to him b/c i thought he'd get lost in shuffle this year with winder, fischer, etc.

- with all due respect to our new all-time scoring leader, KC is our best player. kid is a beast and a matchup nightmare.

- i knew BYU would win once Few went small-ball in 2nd half to try and keep up. we won the battle at that point and it was great to see the "victory" before the real victory.

- best BYU win (fball/bball) since my BYU fandom began...i would have bet my mortgage we lost on saturday, not because i think BYU is bad, but because i think Zags are that good...and we never trailed all game!! unbelievable.
