So beating the Zags on their home court is one special achievement. Now it is a matter of degree of specialness:

1. Win the WCC tourney. First Conference Tourney title for Rose over the likes of Gonzaga would solidify season of specialness;

2. Make the Sweet 16. If this team achieves this and the WCC championship, it may go down as greatest of Rose era to date, especially given the injury contagion that has stricken this team;

3. Make the Elite 8. WCC title or not, this exceeds all teams since Ainge went coast to coast against Notre Dame.

This is as far as the players have suggested publicly. We'll take it.
