and i'd give stake presidents some "golden tickets" based on how many applicants they have from their stake that they could give to bishops in to handout to kids who the bishop thinks would be a mutual fit. this would have to be a low level program, but it would be nice if someone who actually knew the kid had some say-so instead of just a rejection letter from a faceless BYU admissions committee.
