my son will graduate from Snow College with a 3.5 GPA. Served a mission, no Eagle Scout, Seminary graduate, served in multiple leadership roles on his mission and at Snow. If leadership is being valued that must have done the trick. He was worried that his academics were not good enough, but I think the fact that he was male, a returned missionary, associates degree from a well respected college and had extensive leadership experience were enough to get him in.
