It may be something as simple as you switching to a different brand of food as far as the potty situation. But you need to get into a puppy class or at least some basic training classes as puppies need to be trained not to use their mouth to play, they don't just grow out of it. Spending the time and money now on some training classes (even the local pet smart has puppy classes) will make all the difference in the world. And keep the puppy on a leash even indoors until she is trained enough to not go potty in the house or listen to simply commands.
