He can't get into the lane and finish. He can't shoot off the dribble. Occasionally he hits a three with his feet set, although not a good percentage. I guess he is a good defender and once in awhile a good passer, but the Jazz often don't even run the offense through him when he is in because of the tentative play and weaknesses I mentioned.

He may improve, but I don't see him ready to be a starter anytime soon.
