A Wellington cop busted me right at the sign to go 30MPH

I was slowing down but he expected me to be at or under 30MPH before crossing the plane. On top of that he tried to shame me for not having a front license plate and wrote it up as a warning.

To the good citizens of Wellington, please enjoy my $100.
