Our carb cover (I think it's thing on the bottom on a brigs and Stratton motor) and clean your carb. Make sure the float moves and the choke moves freely. Then make sure the little dent on the float bowl is towards the motor as it can keep the float from working properly if it's backwards.

Anyway, that's my guess but I don't know much since I bought a Honda. 😜 <~ meany.
