They really are. They are a high quality company, and their culture
with customers is great. Their employee culture is also top notch. I know of a few high ups in two of the major's that really envy their employee culture and try to implement it.
IMO, it's only a matter of time before they merge with one of the majors, unfortunately. Hopefully not for a very long time.
