I don't think we need a "defensive specialist"

As a coach. IMO we just need a slight change in recruiting philosophy and let Rose be in charge of the defense. He has been responsible for good defenses in the past.

Let's get great recruiters and super hard workers. Let's go after defensive minded players in recruiting.
