Arte Moreno wasn't happy about the poor play. Then Josh admitted to drug use and Moreno thought he could get out of the contract. MLB said no, Moreno got mad & told the Rangers they could have him for pennies on the dollar. Rangers said yes & thank you.

Moreno paid $42 million for Josh to play for the Angels. He'll pay another $68 million for Josh to play for the Rangers.
