We have two sets of elders in the ward. I don't really know any of them well as they either serve on the other side of the ward or they just transferred in. One of them got up today and said that he was a few days away from signing to play at Florida State before he decided to serve a mission. A few minutes later one of the new elders got up and said he was on the U. of Colorado roster his freshman year before deciding to serve. That elder and his companion are coming over to dinner tonight.
