ISU writer believes expansion, not CCG, best for the ISU and KUs of the Big 12.
On the grounds that ISU will never get a sniff at a bowl game if it has to play every top team in the conference every year.
Interesting take -- one I had not heard before. Lists BYU, Cincy and UCF as potential expansion candidates.
