You don't even need that. Indy would be fine with:
- 3 PAC 12 opponents per year, one in November (doesn't have to be Utah)
- Notre Dame once every 3 years
- 2-3 ACC/SEC opponents, one in October and one in November
- 2 B1G or Big 12 opponents, one in October or November
- Boise St. or Utah St. in November
- Payday home game against CUSA, MAC, or Sun Belt (no more FCS)
- 2 games against MWC or AAC opponents

Bowl affiliations with the following pecking order (eligibility, not guaranteed):
1) CFP: Top-4
2) NY6: Top 5-10ish
3) Holiday (v. PAC 12 or B1G): must be Top-25
4) Las Vegas (v. PAC 12)
5) Armed Forces (v. BIG or Big 12)
6) Poinsettia, Hawaii, Tuscon (v. MWC or AAC)

Olympic sports stay in the WCC, but basketball is able to schedule Utah, Utah St., and then 2 other PAC 12, 2 other MWC (SDSU, UNLV, New Mexico, CSU), and 2 Big 12 each season. A couple of the games are actually weaved into the January/February schedule.
