Plus he has NFL pedigree, an he puts players in the NFL, which means he recruits and develops players. And he'll be able to recruit better at NU than he did at OSU.
NU should win the west division at least 50% of hte time, if not more. Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, Purdue and Wisconsin.
