It has some cool pioneer history that can be found along the egde of the cliff (wagon wheel ruts from stage coaches), a wide waterfall that drops about 10 ft to the beach, tide pools, and 5-7 caves to explore. It's a little jewel just south of Cannon Beach.

Oh, and the parking lot had about 4/40 cars with with the stretch Y.
