Question for comic book fans: How do you keep all the different universes
separate? I just read an article about the new Spider-man, Miles Morales, in one of the Marvel comic books. He apparently took the reigns after Peter Parker was killed. But in other comics Parker is alive. Green Goblin, who killed Spider-man (apparently several times in various story lines?) is also dead. But has been killed in other story lines in various ways. Also, his appearance isn't even consistent across the comics. So how do you keep it all straight? Or do people pick one story line to follow and that's their reality? Also, what the heck is this garbage:
