Though I am of the opinion that Bronco's course at BYU has pretty much been run, he was a good hire and did the school proud.

I'm also realistic enough to know that either 1) the school isn't willing to pay for top talent or 2) due to the HC and non-P5 status isn't able to attract top talent (likely both) that hiring an energetic guy from within like Tujague (and Bronco before him) is what we'll probably be doing.
