I loved that movie when it came out and it has always been one of my favorites.  I honestly had not watched it in about 15 years.  The movie itself is 22 years old and it has aged well.  It is still really really solid. 100% fresh on rotten tomatoes out of 34 reviews http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/searching_for_bobby_fischer/ Highly recommend watching it with your kids. What a great family movie. My kids loved it. They busted out an old chess board that they had no idea that was stashed in the game closet. Laurence Fishburne, Ben Kingsley, and Joe Mantegna are great. Max Pomeranc plays the kid and he nails it. Then it has some well known faces that were getting their start in Joan Allen, William H Macey, Laura Linney, and Tony Shalhoub.
