RE: Question for MyFitnessPal app users - quick adding food nutrients not just
If I'm interpreting your question right, you aren't talking about viewing the nutrients you've already consumed for the day but instead creating/adding a new food item and adding in its nutritional facts by hand. If so,
1. big plus sign at the bottom
2. whichever meal you're adding it to
3. Then at the bottom there is a 'create a new food' option at the bottom.
