bad by Dana Point/San Clemente, possibly bad by Camp Pendleton, and bad in Northern SD County.
It also depends a lot on what time you start. If you start at noon or 1, it could be 4+ hours. If you start at 3 it will be closer to 2.5-3, and 4:30 will probably be 2+.
