The important take away - UT & OU in the aye

the only university in naye or unclear that wouldn't flinch against those 2 big dogs is probably OSU because they do what Boone tells them to, but I don't see the others really not being able to resist the pressure from the aye crowd when push comes to shove. I hope this is correct info as it would indicate expansion is inevitable.
