The conference has been paralyzed and as a result has slid into the bottom wrung of P5 conferences. I think his point about OU is a good one too. Boren sounds like someone that wants to be proactive and keep the conference strong instead of letting things continue to wander year after year. With that type of attitude you are going to have schools look for better alternatives.
