AT&T U-Verse is completely going back on what they had quoted my wife when we were moving and saying the person she talked to do not making any notes about the rates or mpbs they had promised her.
So what's the best way to lower your bill. I'm thinking of calling Comcast and asking what's the best they can offer me. Then calling back AT&T and threatening to leave with the quotes in hand.
I know Comcast and AT&T are both bad, but unfortunately they are pretty much the only options in the Bay Area (that I know of). We don't get cable, but similar advice for that would work could probably apply to the internet.
