While ASU is shrinking theirs turning it into a strip mall.
Of course Arizona's Flagship University has a strong presence in Maricopa County. ASU is losing ground and it is not hard to see why. Since Ronald Reagan left office ASU's best bowl win is the Sun Bowl. Their most noteworthy basketball achievement is either a point shaving scandal or a curtain in front of the student section. Plus a baseball program that staged an idiotic fake fight to get themselves motivated.
That's 3 decades of mediocrity or comedy. Take your pick.
