an opinion. The video evidence doesn't give much, but it doesn't look like he was just shooting hoops when a stray bullet meant for someone else hit him as it was initially reported. That dude wanted to kill him. There is probably a reason why. I have no idea if it's a good reason or not, but the fact that the guy has two major run ins with the law in a short period of time should raise some major red flags.
