Clarification on West. He was in the green suv. He got out of the car and was
coming at the shooter. The shooter saw him coming towards him, pulled out the gun and ran towards West. West saw him coming and ran.
West then identified the shooter in a lineup.
Notice in the first couple frames of the clip that the car door of the suv was opening up before it stopped.
