It's not what you think, TNT. The backstory is that Bronco

was recruiting some new punters and kickers in Costa Rica and explaining the honor code to them. This is a snapshot of Bronco right after stating, "for example, consuming cervezas like these are against the honor code." Coach is always finding a way to teach young people.
