As was stated, their patties are really smashed thin on the grill (think crepe thin). For their normal burger, it only has mustard, onion, and pickle -- though you can get "California style" instead, which has lettuce and tomato. I think they are very good burgers, but I like that style of burger.
As someone else mentioned, the fries are more shoestring style -- though they seem even a bit thinner than typical shoestring. This makes them nice and crunchy. They are also the only place I've seen that has fry sauce in Texas.
