I think it would be much more effective to talk to the owner. They've lost my business partner as well.

Another idiocy:
After having it nearly for two weeks, and after I asked them to just return it to me, they said that their tests did not reveal any problems. He then said that if I wanted to leave it with them longer, they could run some additional tests. SAY WHAT: Your original tests didn't show a problem, and you have more you can run--but didn't already!

That's what he said. By that time they were giving me excuses, and I was done with them.
