1. Add one school that's closer to West Virginia. Cincinnati is the obvious choice.
2. Add 3 additional schools to get to 14--Two in the West (BYU and Colorado St would be my choices), and 1 other (my choice is Houston).
3 Divide into two divisions, East and West. Put BYU/CSU and UWV/Cincy in separate divisions. Trips between Provo and Morgantown would be rare. Teams in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Iowa would travel primarily to EITHER BYU/CSU or UWV/Cincy, rarely both.
4. Everyone, regardless of which division they're in gets games in Texas every year, which is what everyone wants for recruiting.
5. For BB, BYU/CSU and UWV/Cincy become travel partners so a team travels to Utah/Colorado for two games. Same thing traveling to WV/Ohio.
6. Increase exposure for the conference in the Eastern US and in the Mountain/Western US.
7. In FB each team would play everyone in their division (6) and teams from the other division (3) on a rotating basis. Three additional games with teams from other P5 conferences (or Notre Dame).
8. Division winners would play in a CCG in Jerry's World.
9. Conference Champion would play in 4-team playoff nearly every year--this would be a very strong conference.
