I have a business idea and am going to need some contract work and am curious what the going rate is and am hoping to make some contacts for when I am ready to move forward.

I am interested in contracts releasing me from liability among others.

I also would like to speak with an attorney regarding establishing my business such that, while being operated on my property, does not transmit any liability to my property and structuring the business in such a way that I am protected.
