An Elder in my mission had a hernia stragulate on ball, it allegedly got so swollen that it was the size of an orange. He had it surgically removed in an emergency procedure. There was also a kid in my HS that got hit really hard by a basketball and his nuts got really swollen too, the gym coach had to get ice for the kid to put on his balls.
Good luck, it can apparently be dangerous for you if there is too much damage to your manhood.
