I remember when I was younger and not fat
I had no idea what amazing metabolism I had. Hit the McDonalds Big Mac Monday like an animal, Taco Bell late most nights, and never really exercised except some hoops with buddies sometimes. And I was about a buck fifty and 5'9.
Now I'm in my mid thirties and up, oh, about 50 pounds from those days.
I have zero will power on food. I'm not ridiculous eating crazy amounts of Oreos or something, I just get lazy and don't take lunch to work and eat out preeettyyy much every day.

This brings me to the point of this post: none of my BYU shirts fit unless I wanna be that dude who has the shirt that looks painted on and not in the cool muscle-y way.

Embrace the fat and buy bigger shirts, or wise up and get down to fit my old ones? I have quite a collection
