Even paying it, but I was a nervous 19 year old, and they kept sending me letters telling me they would have the local authorities extradite me down there and send me to jail, (which would never of happened), so I paid. But I only paid the original amount of the ticket which was 69 bucks, and not the $150 in fees and I never heard a thing from them or anyone else again.

Similar thing happened in Omaha, and I never paid, but mostly because I never really knew who to pay, because I lost the ticket, and my address on my license was out of date, which I mentioned to the officer and he said he didn't care and that they'd figure it out and find me if I didn't pay, and I never tried too hard to figure it out for myself. Several years have gone by and I haven't heard anything. I checked and it turns out I got a warrant for my arrest in Nebraska. So I guess that means no traveling to Lincoln for me...
